The No-Fly zone is nearing as the United States, France and England are in accord and impatiently waiting as the UN bureaucratic Council tediously research, one proposal at a time. There will be more than just a no-fly zone implemented:

Susan Rice, the US ambassador to the United Nations spoke ahead of a Security Council vote due today on the no fly zone being implemented to halt Col Gaddafi’s attacks on rebels.

While China, Russia, Germany and other members of the 15-member council have expressed opposition or doubts about military action in Libya, the United States said even stronger measures than a no-fly zone may be needed.

A draft resolution which includes a no-fly zone has been put forward for a vote on Thursday. Britain, France and the United States had acted “to put pressure on the council to act quickly and decisively,” said one diplomat, announcing the move. Meanwhile the pro-Kadhafi mercenaries, along with regular Army tanks, edge closer to the “Freedom Fighters” last real stronghold, the city of Benghazi.

The sight of US Apache Helicopters hovering in a long line would surely comfort and reassure the struggle made by these brave young freedom lovers. So much for the UN and their irresponsible advocating of Human Rights, Peace and Security. Their ever increasing chronic amnesia is revealing itself as the rebellion unfolds before their eyes in Libyan desert. In a about 4 hours, these blind bats will make their vote. Russia, China and Germany  are not in accord, they are only interested in a seize-fire. There is no such thing as a seize-fire with Kadhafi, this will only reinforce and help them further…….to be continued here
